Passport to Success Leadership Series: Planning for the Journey of a Lifetime This series is designed for all Leaders, principals and aspiring principals to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and expertise in a variety of areas. Topics for 2010-11: -Who are you, who do you work with? -Expectations for the year -The role of supervising, mentoring, and coaching -Networking -Walk-throughs (different kinds) -Teacher and Principal Evaluation Tools to Support Leadership -Specific content observations -Identifying Quality Instruction -Tie to School Improvement Goals -Instructional Core -Leadership Practices Continuum All topics will relate to the NAESP Standards for Principals and Leaders.
