This is a follow-up training to the Crisis Response Team Training Workshop. It is designed for those people who will serve as debriefers on crisis response teams. The first part of the training provides the didactic information on how to manage crisis response and the debriefing process in a building or a district after a traumatic incident. The second part of the training is designed to provide experience with the debriefing model through skill building, role plays, and mock debriefing sessions and crisis team meetings.
